Digital Estimating LLC provides professional construction cost estimation, quantity takeoff, material takeoff, Xactimate estimates, and architecture support services to general contractors, subcontractors, homebuilders, remodelers, and property managers across all 50 United States including California, Texas, Florida, New York, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Georgia, and every other state.

1. Our Services

Digital Estimating LLC provides the following professional construction estimating services to contractors across the United States:

• Residential Construction Bid Estimates — Single family homes, multi-family, renovations, custom homes, additions across all US states
• Commercial Construction Bid Estimates — Office buildings, retail spaces, warehouses, healthcare, educational facilities
• Public Bid Estimates — Federal, state, and municipal construction projects with compliance documentation
• Architecture Support — Preliminary cost estimates, design development budgeting, value engineering analysis
• Xactimate Estimates — Insurance claim estimates for water damage, fire damage, storm damage, and mold remediation
• Quantity Takeoff Services — Detailed material quantities for all construction trades including concrete, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, drywall, and more
• Material Takeoff Services — Complete material lists with specifications and quantities
• Expert Consultation — 30-minute one-on-one sessions with senior construction estimators

All estimates are provided on a project-by-project basis and are based on the construction drawings, specifications, and information provided by the client.

2. Pricing & Payment

Our construction estimating pricing is project-based and depends on the size, complexity, trade scope, and turnaround requirements of each project:

• General Contractor Full Estimates: $400 - $700 per project
• Sub-Contractor Trade Estimates: $250 - $350 per trade
• Quantity Takeoff Only: $150 - $300 per project
• Architecture Support: Custom Quote based on design phase and scope
• Xactimate Estimates: Custom Quote based on claim scope
• Expert Consultation: $50 per 30-minute session

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment is due upon delivery of the completed estimate unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment platforms. A 20% discount is available for first-time customers across all 50 US states.

3. Delivery & Turnaround

Digital Estimating LLC strives to deliver all construction estimates within the agreed-upon timeframe:

• Standard Delivery: 24-48 hours for most residential and single-trade estimates
• Commercial Projects: 48-72 hours for complex multi-trade commercial estimates
• Rush Orders: Available for urgent bidding deadlines (additional fees may apply)
• Consultation Bookings: Same-day or next-day scheduling available

Delivery times begin from the receipt of complete, legible construction drawings and project specifications. Incomplete or unclear plans may extend turnaround times. All estimates are delivered electronically in Excel spreadsheet format via email.

4. Accuracy & Disclaimer

While Digital Estimating LLC strives for the highest level of accuracy in our construction estimates (maintaining a 98% accuracy rate across 30,000+ completed projects), we cannot guarantee that estimates will exactly match final construction costs. Construction estimates are professional opinions of probable cost based on:

• Current market rates for materials and labor in the project's specific state and city
• Information and construction drawings provided by the client
• Standard industry practices, methodologies, and CSI MasterFormat conventions
• Published cost databases including RSMeans and regional pricing data

5. Revisions Policy

Digital Estimating LLC includes free revisions with every construction estimate to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction:

• Revisions due to errors in our estimate are corrected at no additional cost
• Revisions due to plan changes or addenda received after initial estimate delivery may incur additional fees
• Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of estimate delivery
• All revision requests should be submitted via email with specific items to be revised

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure accurate and timely construction estimates, clients are responsible for:

• Providing complete, accurate, and legible construction drawings and specifications
• Communicating any specific requirements, exclusions, or special conditions
• Notifying us of any plan revisions or addenda before estimate completion
• Reviewing estimates carefully before use in bidding or project budgeting
• Making timely payments for services rendered
• Providing feedback on estimate accuracy after project completion (optional but appreciated)

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Digital Estimating LLC's website, including text, graphics, logos, images, blog articles, and software, is the property of Digital Estimating LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

Construction estimates prepared by Digital Estimating LLC are delivered to the client for their exclusive use in bidding, budgeting, and project planning. Estimates may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with competing estimating companies.

8. Confidentiality

Digital Estimating LLC treats all client project information as strictly confidential:

• We will not share, sell, or disclose your construction drawings, project details, or bid amounts to any third party
• All project files are stored securely and access is limited to authorized estimating team members
• We will not provide estimates for the same project to competing contractors unless explicitly authorized by the client
• Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of our service relationship

9. Limitation of Liability

Digital Estimating LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• The use of our construction estimates in bidding, budgeting, or project planning
• Differences between estimated costs and actual construction costs

Our total liability for any claim arising from our construction estimating services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific estimate in question. This limitation applies to all claims regardless of the legal theory.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. If you cancel an estimate order before completion, you may be charged for work already performed. Completed estimates that have been delivered are non-refundable unless a material error is identified in our work.

11. Modifications to Terms

Digital Estimating LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
