Digital Estimation – Terms & Condition

1. Scope of Service
Digital Estimation agrees to prepare a detailed project estimate based on the scope of work and information provided by the client. The estimate will reflect the description outlined in the invoice sent via email.

2. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit is required to begin work.

• The remaining 50% must be paid before the final submission of the estimate.

• Submission dates may be adjusted if the initial deposit is delayed.

• Late payments may result in delays in project delivery.

• Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

3. Pricing Standards

• Standard pricing references may include databases such as RS Means.

• Clients are encouraged to provide their own preferred pricing.

• Clients may adjust or override pricing within the Excel estimate sheet provided.

4. Accuracy of Information

• All quantities, numbers, and scope items are compiled to the best of our knowledge.

• Clients accept responsibility for reviewing and confirming accuracy before use.

• Digital Estimation is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate drawings, incomplete information, or changes in scope.

• No warranties are expressed or implied regarding the final estimate.

5. Timeline & Delivery

• Standard turnaround time is 2–3 business days after receiving payment, unless otherwise noted.

• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

6. Post-Submission Queries

• Clients may raise questions or clarifications within 2 business days of final submission.

• After this period, no further queries will be addressed without additional fees.

7. Additional Services
The following services are available at an additional cost:

• Color-coded takeoff blueprints generated from software.

• Filling out bid forms.

• Additions or revisions requested after the final submission.

8. Client Relationship
